Fixed hourly rate

€55/hour in an E‑Class, €88/hour in an S‑Class, €132/hour in a Pre­mium Van. No hid­den extra charges or mileage meter.

Change of route, exten­ded stop, addi­tio­nal pas­sen­gers: your sche­dule evolves, your dri­ver adapts. No extra charge as long as you stay within the allot­ted time.

From boo­king to the end of the mis­sion, here’s how a deploy­ment takes place.

You are booking

Spe­ci­fy the desi­red dura­tion (min. 2 hours), the depar­ture time and loca­tion, and the vehicle class. Web tun­nel or What­sApp.

02.

We confirm

Within 60 seconds, confir­ma­tion with the dri­ver’s name, pho­to, and license plate num­ber. Final quote dis­played with hours and price.

03.

Mission in progress

A chauf­feur will be at your dis­po­sal for the entire dura­tion of your reser­va­tion. Pro­gram changes will be taken into account in real time.

04.

Closing and invoicing

At the end of the mis­sion, a sum­ma­ry of the hours will be pro­vi­ded. The adver­ti­sed price is the price paid (unless an over­run is vali­da­ted in real time).

Dis­coun­ted packages: half-day (4 hours) -10 %, full day (8 hours) -15 %. Mini­mum: 2 hours of avai­la­bi­li­ty. Sur­charges: night (10 p.m. → 6 a.m.) +20 %, Sun­day and public holi­days +15 %.

Questions about availability.

Mini­mum 2‑hour boo­king. For shor­ter trips, choose a stan­dard trans­fer (fixed rate) or a cus­to­mi­zed jour­ney. For shor­ter assi­gn­ments, the per-kilo­me­ter rate may be more advan­ta­geous: please contact us.
Abso­lu­te­ly. As long as you stay within your allot­ted time, all changes (route, stops, des­ti­na­tions) are free. If you exceed your allot­ted time, we will noti­fy you and charge you for the addi­tio­nal hours at the hour­ly rate.
For assi­gn­ments excee­ding 4 hours that over­lap with a meal break (12–2 pm or 7–9 pm), a meal allo­wance of €18 is char­ged in addi­tion. The dri­ver may eat in the vehicle or at a near­by esta­blish­ment (30-minute break).
Yes — but beyond 200 km cumu­la­ti­ve­ly, we apply a mileage sur­charge of €0.50/km in addi­tion to the hour­ly rate. For pure­ly inter­ci­ty jour­neys (without wai­ting), our Long Dis­tance ser­vice is more eco­no­mi­cal.
For mul­ti-day mis­sions requi­ring dri­ver accom­mo­da­tion, we charge a flat rate of €110 per night (3‑star hotel + meals). Other­wise, the dri­ver makes a round trip to Pau and resumes work the fol­lo­wing day.
